Step-by-Step Immigration Process
Follow these essential steps to successfully apply for Australian PR
- Skill Assessment
Documents required for skill assessment. Fees depend on your Skill Assessment Authority. Payment should be made using credit card.
Government fees once paid are non-refundable.
- Work Experience Reference Letter
Reference letter must be on official letterhead with full company address, phone numbers, email and website. Include employment dates (DD/MM/YY), duties, responsibilities, and hours worked.
Direct contact details of the reference writer must be included.
- IELTS / PTE English Test
IELTS or PTE Academic scores are required. Scoring well plays a vital role in the Australia Immigration Point Test. The module (General/Academic) depends upon your skill assessment authority.
Higher scores improve your points in the test.
- EOI Submission
After compiling all documents including Skill Assessment and IELTS/PTE scores, we create an Expression of Interest (EOI) profile through SkillSelect.
No fee to submit. Profile remains active for 2 years.
- Invitation to Apply (ITA)
Based on your points, you will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) from Australia.
- Visa Submission
Once you receive an ITA, you have 60 days for visa submission. Additional documents required: Police Clearance Certificate for adults (16+ years) and Medical Test Results for all applicants.
PCC required for all countries where you stayed 12+ months in last 10 years.

Medical Test Requirements
Medical test results are required for all applicants, regardless of age. This ensures that all applicants meet the health requirements set by the Australian government.
State Sponsorship Options
If you are not eligible for applying for General Independent 189 Visa, you can apply for:
- 190 State Sponsorship
- 489 Regional Sponsorship
- Relative Sponsorship Nomination
To apply for the 190 State Sponsorship or 489 Regional Sponsorship, proof of funds is required. The fund amount and IELTS score depends on the State/Region nomination.
Important:Â Once you receive State Nomination/Regional nomination or Relative Sponsorship Nomination, you will be given 14 days to accept the nomination.
