Visa Process
To study in the Latvia international students must obtain an F-1 Student Visa.
Get your Offer Letter from a recognised Latvian institution.
Prepare documents: valid passport, academic transcripts, proof of finances (living cost + tuition), health insurance.
Apply for the Long-Stay Student Visa (Type D) at the Latvian Embassy.
Once in Latvia, you may need to register for a residence permit depending on programme length.
